Our exterior paint jobs involve extensive preparation of the exterior. The preparation of the house is as important in helping maintain a lasting paint job as applying the paint. We remove and hand sand all loose paint and prime with the best primer for the job. We use 50 year, high quality caulking to seal cracks and seams. Then we clean the surface properly which includes removal of mildew. We use high quality paint of your choice, though we will tell you what brand and sheen we would recommend.
It is always wise to check with the Homeowners Association regarding colors before having the paint ordered. It helps avoid problems after the job has been started.

Interior Painting
Our interior painting is of the same professional quality as our exterior. We make every effort to return items we have moved back to their original place. Along with our excellent interior painting we do a beautiful hand texture on ceilings and walls. It can go over most wallpaper and provide a subtle pattern that can be painted again and again. Our hand texture is great for bathrooms, stairwells, kitchens and anywhere you wish to cover old wallpaper or blemishes on your walls or ceiling. We can do one wall or all.

If you are having problems with your hardboard siding rotting away, we can help. We can repair or replace one or many boards. We use 50 year, L.P. Smart Lap siding that we can usually match to your current hardboard pattern. We can repair/replace any rotten trim, soffit or doors.
